Are You In?

I have had triple A for years..I have always had great service. Which is why I keep it even with prices tripled in just last couple years.I have 2 complaints now though..The ENDLESS letters on a twice a week basis of trying to sell me life insurance..Which I guess is why its tripled in last couple years..must cost the company a small fortune to send me twice a week letters,second complaints is the fact Hardly any where I travel do the hotels want to honor my triple A discount.And yes I have complained to triple A before about this..

I've been a AAA member for almost 30 years, and they've always had my back. Whether it's roadside assistance, towing, notary services, or travel-related help, AAA has consistently provided great service over the years.

I recently visited the Paxton Church Road office for a vehicle title transfer. The service itself was handled correctly, but be prepared for a long wait. There is only one person who processes title transfers, and the process moves very slowly because they spend a lot of time chatting with customers. If you need a title transfer, I would recommend setting aside at least a couple of hours and avoiding making plans afterward.

Overall, I'm still a loyal AAA member and appreciate everything they do. My only suggestion would be to improve the efficiency of the title transfer process or have additional staff available during busy times.

Called AAA for locking my keys in my car. In 20 minutes, Al from H&S towing was there to unlock my car! We had a nice chat, and my car was unlocked in a few minutes.
